Phyllis Glazeris widely considered the leading authority on natural foods in Israel. An American-born food writer and culinary consultant, Phyllis works with Israel's major food industries in the development of new products, endorsements of specially designed products, and recipe development for existing products.She moved to Israel in 1977 at the age of 24 and published her first book A Vegetarian Feast in Hebrew in 1981.
