5759 A JOINT ISRAELI - PALESTINIAN ADVANCED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR January 31 - February 9, 1999 Galillee College, Tivon and the Middle East Institution for Development, Jerusalem are pleased to announce a joint Israeli-Palestinian training seminar designed for educational leaders and managers of both countries. The goal of the seminar is to bring together a select group of 10 Israeli and 10 Palestinian community educators to develop programs for the advancement of coexistence and mutual understanding between the two peoples. The seminar will combine a mix of lectures, workshops, team building exercises and project development techniques that will assist educators not only in improving their professional skills, but will also facilitate the development of ties between communities. Scholarships: This program is funded by the Norwegian Government's People to People Program.
